Additional rooms will be charged at £10 per room.
Please note that if the property has been significantly extended, or there is more to the property than would reasonably be expected, the Inventory will be charged on a per unit basis.
3 copies of the inventory will be provided once compiled.
Secure PDF copies can be provided if preferred.
Electronic digital photographs can be provided free of charge, prints can be provided for an additional fee.
Inventories, check-ins and check-out reports carried out on Sundays will be subject to a £15 surcharge.
Abortive calls will be charged at £35 per visit, subsequent visits will be charged at standard rate.
Updates/Retypes negotiable from £20.
